DO NOT START THE HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION IF YOU STILL HAVE CIGARETTES OR OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN YOUR POSSESSION!!  - REMOVE THEM AND MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETELY DESTROY THEM, AS YOU WILL NEVER NEED THEM AGAIN.. ANY DOUBTS ABOUT THIS, OR FAILURE TO DO THIS, MEANS YOU ARE NOT READY TO QUIT.

Please also remove ashtrays, lighters and all other smoking paraphernalia from your house, office or other places of work.

QUIITTING SMOKING IS LITERALLY A CASE OF LIFE OR DEATH. ONLY TOTAL BELIEF, COMPLETE MOTIVATION AND A DEEP AND OVERWHELMING DESIRE TO GIVE EVERYTHING TO QUIT SMOKING WILL MAKE YOU STOP.

Important advice:  Any resistance, reluctance, querying or attempts to analyse the suggestions you are given, immediately works counter productive and you are likely to stay a smoker as a result!

PLEASE SUBMIT YOURSELF TO THE HYPNOSIS WITH TOTAL CONVICTION OF ITS SUCCESS, DON'T HOLD BACK OR RESIST AND THE RESULT WILL BOTH SURPRISE AND DELIGHT YOU.

On-line or download:

If you have Broadband Internet, Cable, DSL or ADSL it will be possible to listen to the session uninterrupted on-line. If you have been able to watch the on-line video without interruption, then you can do the hypnotherapy on line. If it starts buffering, then pause it and wait until it has fully loaded (when the counter shows 100%) or download it (70mb).

If you have dial-up internet or if you are not sure, right click on the link and download the file to your computer where you can listen to it via a PC music player (Windows Media Player, Winamp or equivalent). or you can further download it onto an IPod or an mp3 player. You can also convert it to a .wav file, burn it as audio onto a CD and play it on most portable or home stereo systems.

 Important considerations:

This hypnotherapy session consists of a pre-recorded audio file that is adapted to the answers you gave to your profile questions. It takes around 45 minutes to play from start to finish.

DO NOT, under any circumstance, listen to the session when you are working, operating a machine, driving, walking or be located anywhere else than undisturbed in a quiet room, sitting in a comfortable chair. Do it elsewhere and it just won’t work and could even endanger you!

If you get interrupted, stop the audio immediately; deal with whatever you need to deal with and then start again from the beginning. If you fall asleep and you are not sure of the result, do the whole session again and stay awake. You can do it as often as you like, until it works for you.

  1. You should make sure that you will not be interrupted for at least 45 to 50 minutes.
  2. Do not switch off the session, unless in case of an emergency. The hypnotherapy session takes into account that emergencies sometimes happen, and in case one happens when you are under hypnosis, you will be able to react normally and deal with the situation fully alert and wide awake. Don’t forget to restart from the beginning!
  3. "Under Hypnosis", does not mean that you are asleep or that you go "under". "Under hypnosis" means that you are in a trance, which is very similar to daydreaming or being in between being asleep and awake. Although you are in a daydream-like state, you will remain alert and responsive to suggestions and requests. Practically all people find our hypnotherapy session a pleasant and uplifting experience.
  4. The most important message is: if you want the hypnosis to work, subject yourself totally and completely: body, mind & spirit!

Beware that, in order to become a non-smoker for life, you will also require the second and even more important hypnotherapy session, which you will need to listen to within 24 to 48 hours after the first one. After the first session, you will know almost immediately that you have become a non-smoker, the second session make you feel as if you never smoked in your life before and prevents craving, mood swings and other withdrawal symptoms. Repeat the second hypnotherapy session for at least a week every night before going to sleep.
